added you honey! It's funny how I'm showing everyone pics of me now whereas before I'd try and hide them all! Just back from weigh-in - lost another 3lbs so 4 stone in total now! So happy!

Fantastic news Stephanie!
Just a little word of warning (and sorry to put a dampner on it) but a friend of mine was on lighter life and lost 7 stone in total but when she resumed eating "normally" she gained 9 stone.
Just be careful hun x

I know, honey, that is where the real work begins!
I have to sort out my head and thinking – I was a very emotional eater and while I’m in abstinence I can work on that.
I mean, it’s not rocket science, eat less crap and exercise more! Hopefully by the time I’m back to normal food I have a healthier attitude towards food!

Good good, you have the right attitude to start with, I think my work friend was a little away with the fairies when she started eating again and probably ate the wrong things especially those she had been craving for x

feel fabby! I am now 12 stone 3lbs, still a lot to go but very happy! Bmi of 33, but considering I started at 17 stone 1lb and a bmi of 46!!! Found I really like myself a lot more too!
